We are members of the RECC Assurance Scheme, ensuring compliance with its Consumer Code for high-quality service. This covers clear information, acceptable sales techniques, installation standards, goods quality, guarantees, maintenance, and problem resolution. The Consumer Code is closely linked to the Microgeneration Certification Scheme, both managed by Gemserv for the government, with all members required to comply.
