Based in Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire, Solar Save Renewables has been providing trusted renewable energy solutions to homes, businesses, and councils across Wales and England since 2013. We combine the expertise and technology of a large national provider with the personal service and local knowledge of a Wales-based business. We provide a complete service, handling everything from initial design and advice to supply, installation, commissioning, and ongoing support for solar panels, battery storage, heat pumps, and bespoke off-grid energy systems. We also guide clients through grant funding and government schemes, including the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).

Peter
Director and the heart of our company
Petar is our renewable energy expert with over 20 years of experience. His entrepreneurial journey has led him to establish his own renewable energy business and he prioritises making a positive impact on the environment rather than being solely focused on sales. Peter brings endless passion and enthusiasm to his work and holds a Master's degree in Renewable Energy and the Built Environment from the Centre for Alternative Technology at the University of East London. As our most senior, qualified and certified engineer, Peter can offer you a properly designed solution that will meet your requirements of specification, performance and cost. He has a deep understanding of various renewable energy technologies, ranging from solar power to renewable heating systems such as biomass and Air Source Heat Pumps. His ability to assess the feasibility of these systems, design custom solutions, and oversee their installation and operation is nothing short of extraordinary.
Diana
Business Development Manager
Diana is our Business Development Manager and is in charge of everything behind the scene. Holding a Master of Science Degree in Business Management and accumulating over 18 years of experience in customer service, logistics, and project development, she possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Diana has valuable experience in the fast-paced and ever-changing automotive industry, where she successfully organised and managed the administrative aspects of the outbound flow of goods. She has collaborated with renowned car manufacturers from various countries, including the UK, Europe, Brazil, China, Mexico, and the USA. Diana will ensure that you receive exceptional customer service from your initial email or phone inquiry all the way through the quotation process and the successful completion of your project. She will welcome you to our office with a smile, coffee and a biscuit!
Dan
Qualified Electrician
Dan is our electrician with over 20 years of experience and knowledge in domestic commercial & industrial installations. Dan has collaborated with numerous individuals in the trade but decided to be part of our team as having worked in renewables schemes before, In his own words “ working in an area that technology keeps evolving in the renewable market year on year out is great. This gives us greener energy and profitable gain for our clients which is a really good feeling when installing a system. It’s important to pick a system that’s right for the customer at the end of the day or it’s pointless. I was impressed with petar the way he designs an installation and gives a honest opinion on all projects”. Their paths crossed several years ago while working on a domestic installations and installation of a air source heat pump system.
Chris
Construction Assistant
Chris is an invaluable member of staff and being multi-skilled and always willing he can lend his hand to anything. Chris is a local lad who has been in the area his whole life which provides him with a breadth of knowledge about the needs and tastes of local domestic and business properties. Chris is charismatic, enthusiastic and always full of jokes. New to the renewable energy field and already very skilled and confident in his work. When he is not on the roof, he likes to place his feet on the ground with his trusty bike.
Brendan
Construction & Roofing Specialist
Brendan, our skilled construction and roofing specialist, possesses a wealth of expertise with 25 years of experience in the construction and plumbing industry, as well as 15 years in renewable energy. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he dedicates his time to the Llandovery Paddle Sport Club, where he actively supports both children and adults in a voluntary role. Moreover, Brendan volunteers as a mentor in a one-to-one programme based in Swansea. He has lived in the Llandeilo area for 25 years. He is currently refurbishing a sailing boat and dreams of sailing off to a tropical island.
Nik
Junior Team Member
Meet Nik, the youngest member of the Solar Save Renewables family, who brings energy, curiosity, and a fresh perspective to everything he does. Currently studying for his A-levels, Nik has already discovered a passion for renewable energy and hopes to pursue a career in engineering—we like to think he’s found some inspiration right here with us. When he’s not at work or hitting the books, you might find Nik fishing along the River Towy or enjoying a competitive game of basketball. We’re incredibly proud to support and nurture young talent from our community here in Llandeilo.
