The Brief:
Timberlink is the midlands largest drive through timber yard. The 13-acre site includes treatment & storage facilities.
Operating within a high-energy demand industry, Timberlink faced a critical challenge - their substantial electricity consumption throughout the year. As a proactive measure to mitigate escalating energy costs and reduce their carbon footprint, the company set out to explore renewable energy solutions. The imperative for a rapid and effective resolution led Timberlink to the decision of investing in a 92 kWp solar panel installation to harness the power of the sun.
The Solution:
Harnessing Solar Power: A 92kWp Solution
In their pursuit of sustainable energy, Timberlink have approached our team at Solar Save Renewables, to design and implement a comprehensive 92kWp Solar Panel system. This installation, equivalent to 236 solar panels, was meticulously tailored to Timberlink's site following a thorough Roof Survey conducted by Solar Save Renewables Ltd. The photovoltaic panels were strategically positioned to optimise sunlight absorption and energy generation.
